Refund Policy

All registrations for MEGA – Middle East Global Aesthetics Conference are as follows:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the conference date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference date are non-refundable.

Once registration is confirmed, fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the attendee does not attend the event for any reason.

Registration fees are non-transferable unless the MEGA organizing committee grants prior written approval.

In the unlikely event that MEGA is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, registered delegates will have the option to obtain a complete refund or credit toward a future MEGA event.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if sent in written form to the official MEGA registration email.
